On this Episode of Price of Wealth, John McSherry takes us on a tour of a fire damaged house in Bellmore, New York. Flipping a burned down house isn’t easy, but it can pay off big time if bought right!

This house caught on fire in January, 2020 and was acquired that Fall. The real estate developers plan to have this project rehabbed and ready to hit the market this Spring, 2021.
