1904 House Flip Before the Remodel: Restore it or Rehab it?

Flipping
I bought this house from the MLS for $150,000. It was for sale for $199,900 but I was able to get a huge discount off the list price. The house was owned by an estate and overpriced, but I was still surprised that we got the home for that cheap. The house will need a complete remodel but should be really neat when we are done with it. It will need new kitchens, baths, floors, paint, and possible electric, plumbing, and drywall work.

I think we will spend at least $50,000 on the repairs and it should be worth at least $250,000 after we are done, hopefully, more. There will be about $15,000 in carrying and selling costs as well. This will be a fun house to fix, but it could take a while! We will post the after and possibly some progress videos as we go.
