Netflix’s “Selling the OC” star Gio Helou has listed his longtime family home in Newport Beach, California for $15.8 million, The Post has learned.

“I’ve sold a lot of remarkable waterfront properties in my career. This particular listing is not only the best of Newport Beach real estate, but is also uniquely meaningful to me,” Helou, 35, told The Post.

“The home was built by my father and holds some of my favorite family memories, so it’s a privilege to oversee its transition to a lucky new owner.”

Made up of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property has belonged to Helou’s parents, Lisa and Carol Helou, for more than a decade.

Carol, a residential developer, built the house from scratch for his family after tearing down the original structure in 2013.

Viewers gained an inside look into Helou’s relationship with his mom and fellow realtor of the Oppenheim Group throughout the hit Netflix series.
