Flipping houses can be attractive, exciting, and lucrative if you do it correctly. However, flipping is not an investment strategy, itâs a job. If you think you can make a great profit from flipping and you know what youâre doing, itâs not a bad idea â itâs just not an investment. I would encourage you to use the profits from your flipping ventures to buy cash flowing rental properties that you can hold as an investment.
