Maje, Sandro latest luxury brands to score space in Meatpacking District

Real Estate

Isn’t it time to drop the name “Meatpacking District?” The once unsavory neighborhood is now home to hotels, high-end restaurants and increasingly to luxury fashion boutiques. The latest arrivals are luxury clothing brands Maje and Sandro, which signed retail leases at Aurora Capital Associates’ 405 W. 13th St. Each store will have about 2,500 square feet on the ground and 2,100 sf on a lower level.

The stores are to open early next year.
