‘Meet the Parents’ house hits market for $2.29 million in Oyster Bay

This North Shore mansion was the setting for “Meet the Parents,” the hilarious film starring Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner, Teri Polo and Owen Wilson.

Now the seven-bedroom home can be yours — for $2.29 million. The Oyster Bay, NY, estate, at 26 Serenite Lane in Muttontown, sits on 2.17 acres, with lots of entertaining spaces and a sprawling lawn.

It was built in 1983, and features an indoor pool with a retractable roof, kitchen, bar and fireside sitting area.

Photos from the 2000 comedy blockbuster’s location were provided by the sellers. A long, winding tree-lined driveway leads to the home’s circular drive and a three-car garage.

Inside, there’s lots of wood floors, millwork and details like a double-height entry foyer, a formal dining room and a formal living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast nook and a butler’s pantry while a family/game room boasts a built-in bar, stone fireplace and triple sets of French doors that open to the outdoor space.

There’s also another family room with skylights, a home office and a sky-lit atrium.
