Justin Timberlake can’t stop the feeling that he wants to live the country life.
Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, listed their Los Angeles mansion for $35 million Tuesday following an Us Magazine report in August that they are making Tennessee their primary residence.
The pair own a 126-acre plot with a 3,550-square-foot home near Nashville, Tennessee, that they spent $4 million on in 2015, The Post can confirm.
The *NSYNC singer and “7th Heaven” actress’ listing marks the first time the nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom Spanish villa has been on the market since Lance Bass’ pal bought it in 2002 for $8.2 million.
Recently renovated in a rustic and modern aesthetic by Estee Stanley, the 13,530-square-foot main house has an open floor plan, kitchen, gym, screening room and seven bedrooms, according to Realtor.com. The two additional bedrooms are in a guest house.
The 10.22-acre lot, which was once part of the Errol Flynn estate, has an outdoor living room, lit tennis court, meadow, forest and vegetable gardens, according to Realtor.com.
Timberlake installed an 85-foot-long zero-edge pool with a plunge pool below in 2009 and, just last summer, he and Biel added a trellis, redid the deck and added “servant quarters,” according to permit records.
Listing agent Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland did not respond to The Post’s request for comment.
The “SexyBack” singer, now 40, and Biel, 39, have been married since 2012 and have two children, 6-year-old Silas and 1-year-old Phineas.
They also owned a New York City penthouse, rented in Westchester and spent time in Montana during the coronavirus quarantine.
Biel stood by the Foo Fighters collaborator through a hand-holding scandal with “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright last year and as he apologized to Super Bowl co-performer Janet Jackson and ex-girlfriend Britney Spears earlier this year. In January, Timberlake performed “Better Days” at President Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Biel, who stars in Freeform’s “Cruel Summer,” previously dated actor Gerard Butler. The “The Sinner” actress also can be seen alongside Nicolas Cage and Julianne Moore in the 2007 film “Next.”
