BUYING MY FIRST RENTAL HOUSE AT 18 YEARS OLD

In this video I go over my experience with buying my first rental property at the age of 18. We first do a tour of the house and then we get into the numbers and how I actually bought the house. I cover how much I paid for the house as the downpayment, what kind of loan I got and how much I plan on charging for a rent. This is my first venture into real estate investing, I plan on releasing some more real estate videos in the future and maybe doing an update on this property after I freshen it up and rent it out.
