Miami sky palace comes with $2 million worth of art

Real Estate

Just in time for Miami’s Art Basel, a palatial nest at the top of the Four Seasons Millennium Tower is on the market for $15.9 million, with $2 million worth of art included in the sale.

The penthouse, at 1425 Brickell Ave., is on the building’s 67th floor and boasts sparkling water and city views.

At 8,800 square feet, it features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is set up like a gallery, with a steel and glass vault entry, a cascading chandelier, curved wall art and swinging sculptures.

There’s also a 700-bottle, glass-walled wine room.

Designed by architecture firm ODP in collaboration with Shorecrest Construction, the home also boasts custom marble floors and four terraces.

The main bedroom is a fashionista’s dream, with a large en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet that “rivals the boutiques of Chanel, Versace and Fendi,” according to the listing from Elena Bluntzer and Jonathan Garcia of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
