House Flipping Fail….

Real estate investors (including myself) love to show their successes and big wins. Unfortunately, when it comes to real estate investing, they don’t’ all go that way. In this video, I tell the real-life story about one of my investments that didn’t go so well. If you are going to flip houses or invest in real estate period you have to understand that eventually, some will take longer than planned and/or lose money. I hope this never happens to you but if it does, hopefully, you learn something from it as we did on this one.
