Grammy winner Philip Lawrence lists $8.2M Lincoln Square spread

Philip Lawrence, a songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur with eight Grammy awards, and his wife Urbana Chappa Lawrence, the celebrity stylist, fashion designer and philanthropist, have listed their Lincoln Square home for $8.25 million. 

Neighbors include Bruce Willis and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, who bought a four-bedroom in the 41-story condo in 2018 for $7.9 million.

The Lawrences’ 38th-floor, four-bedroom, 4½-bath residence at 1 West End Ave. is 3,055 square feet.

The space, given “finishing touches” by LA-based designers Patrick Dragonette and Charles Tucker, features a corner living room and an open chef’s kitchen designed by Jeffrey Beers.

The main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with heated marble floors.

The couple bought the unit for $7.56 million in 2019.

The building was completed in 2017. Amenities include a gym with a 75-foot pool, a spa, media room, game room and a garden terrace with cabanas.
