Actress and producer Mindy Kaling will list her two-bedroom, two-bathroom New York City home for sale on Friday, The Post has learned.
The 43-year-old “The Office” star, writer and executive producer will ask $2.75 million for the 1,166-square-foot loft.
“This is the perfect two-bedroom home or pied-à-terre located at the intersection of Soho and Nolita,” Carl Gambino, of Compass — who’s repping the home alongside Reilly Adler — told The Post. Gambino added that, in the current market, he doesn’t anticipate the unit being difficult to sell. “We’re seeing a very active market and expect a property like this will be very well received.”
The Lafayette Street condominium is the epitome of elevated “loft living,” the agents add. It boasts an open-concept living space, 10-foot ceilings and “pin-drop silent” bedrooms. The wall-to-wall windows offer unobstructed views of the Williamsburg Bridge, a small local park and the surrounding area.
The two bathrooms both feature Blue de Savoie tile, and the one that’s ensuite to the primary bedroom also has a soaking tub.
The 11-story building, designed by architect Richard Gluckman, is known for its rippled glass facade. Construction on the 53-unit blue-gray structure was finished in 2005, and it is alternately known as One Kenmare Square. In terms of building-wide amenities, there’s a fitness center and a doorman.
In addition to selling the condo, Kaling has also stayed busy recently by presenting an award at the Emmys and reflecting on her “insanely complicated relationship” with former “The Office” co-star and boyfriend B.J. Novak — even addressing rumors that he’s the father of her two children.
“It doesn’t bother me,” Kaling said in a Marie Claire interview last month. “He’s the godparent to both my kids — and they have such a great relationship — and so far [the speculation hasn’t] affected my happiness at all, it hasn’t affected my kids or BJ.”
