Views are essential for luxury home buyers — and one particular property is taking that fact to a whole new level.

A six-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa in Egypt features rare views overlooking one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Spanning more than 32,000-square-feet, the home has just hit the market for $7.24 million, and it comes with unobstructed vistas of the Great Pyramids of Giza.

The French Renaissance-inspired property is situated on 1.68 acres of land. Named Eden Rock, the estate is located within walking distance from New Giza, an up-and-coming area in west Cairo, the listing notes.

Spread over two levels, the property “allows for unmatched scenic views from every corner.”

Luxury high-end finishes include a wall of marble over the fireplace, a spiral staircase with a reflective sculpture and an eat-in kitchen with an island in the shape of a half-circle, with pendant lighting and bespoke cabinetry.

There’s also “a vast garden” with a dining area next to the “swimming pool area [that] gives access to an incomparable front row view of the pyramids; right from your backyard,” the listing adds.

Rym Walid with Egypt’s Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing. They did not return The Post’s request for comment.
