Luxury apartments for seniors swing open at Hudson Yards

There’s always something new in the Hudson Yards district.

Related Companies and Atria Senior Living just opened Coterie Hudson Yards, “a new category of luxury senior living,” at 505 W. 35th St.

Coterie is on the first 13 floors of the new, 44-story residential tower just north of Related’s office and shopping complex.

Coterie boasts 24/7 hospitality-driven amenities, state-of-the-art technology and highest-level services for older adults. The facility offers 126 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent and assisted-living residents, plus studios designed specifically for memory care.

Related vice-president Hailey Sarage said, “This new vertical community is primed to deliver a unique living experience for the older adult.”
