That’s a wrap!

Chris Weitz, who produced the classic coming-of-age comedy “American Pie,” is looking to part ways his light-filled Los Angeles compound.

The 52-year-old, who worked on the 1999 film with his brother, Paul Weitz, is set to list his bright and airy Los Angeles home on Monday for $5.49 million, The Post has learned. Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman will have the listing.

Designed by the architect Mark Mack, the Abbot Kinney Boulevard home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across its 4,208 square feet. The ground floor features a two-story atrium and two of the bedrooms. The second floor has an open-concept living room, a dining area and a kitchen — as well as a mezzanine and an enclosed, courtyard-sized balcony. The third floor contains the remaining three bedrooms, one of which is the dual-closeted primary suite with a private balcony and views out onto the boulevard.

This being LA, where driving and parking are real necessities, buyers need never worry about finding a spot on the street again. The property comes with direct access to a five-car garage, as well as two additional spots beyond the garage, “an unheard of amount of parking,” the listing boasts.

Built in 2002, the house is set on a 2,699-square-foot lot — and could easily be adapted into a live-work artist residence, a gallery, a studio or a private residence, the listing suggests.

The LA pad is not the first Weitz — who is also known for his work on “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” and the new live-action “Pinocchio” — put on the market this year.

In September, the “About a Boy” co-director and his wife, the actress Mercedes Martinez, listed their Manhattan co-op for $6.1 million, The Post reported at the time. It now asks $5.99 million. The pair purchased that Wooster Street property for $5.8 million in 2018.
