The late Leslie Jordan’s West Hollywood, California condo has hit the market for $1.8 million.
Made up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this was the first and only home Jordan had ever purchased in his life — and he bought it just weeks before his death.
Records show the “Will & Grace” actor-turned-Instagram darling, 67, bought this home for $1.75 million on Aug. 3.
Jordan passed away on Oct. 24 following a car crash.
“It’s never too late to be happy, y’all,” he posted on Instagram on Aug. 13. “I really did it. I bought my first piece of ………… property.”
Spanning over 1,600 square feet, the condo in the sky is located in a full-service luxury building with a 24-hour doorman, a concierge, a security guard and valet services.
Features include a modern kitchen with Miele appliances and a large patio off the living room that boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The primary bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and a balcony.
Building amenities also include a gym, a tennis court and a pickleball court. The rooftop deck has a pool and a fireplace, and looks out to panoramic city views
Perks also include two parking spaces, which are very prime in Los Angeles.
Eric Rojany with Pinnacle Estate Properties holds the listing.
While Jordan played his “Will & Grace” role, he also took on several characters in the “American Horror Story” franchise. However, it was his late-in-life Instagram fame that launched his career.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, his thought-provoking, inspiring stories added with wry humor earned him more than 6 million followers on Instagram.
