What’s going on , This year I started my journey in learning everything there is about flipping land, I’ve done just about everything else in real estate such as wholesaling and flipping houses, but never thought to flip land. I ran across some videos by Seth of REI tipster, there is a lot of great content on his channel on how to invest in land and after a lot of research I decided to start looking for off market land that I can lock up and buy myself to hopefully sell for a nice profit.
I’ve made most of my money by simply flipping things I find and selling them for more. I actively invest and have been involved in real estate for over the last 7 years. So whether you are looking to learn about how to invest, flip things for more, learn more about real estate or build businesses that can be automated, I believe you will get a lot of value here.
I started investing in land mainly due to its scalability and ease of getting lender and partners to help fund larger deals. I want try this out for a year and see if its worth it and will keep you updated on the progress over the course of this year. At the end of the year if it seems like a viable business, I will add it to my business portfolio and scale from there.
