The objective is to buy right (sometimes that means buying low, sometimes it doesn’t). This will allow you to have some breathing room in order to solve problems and make a profit.💰💰💰
Usually, finding the right deals means finding the problems and solving them.🎯🎯🎯
For example: You can’t approach somebody that’s not having problems and expect for them to listen to your offer if it’s not what they are looking for.
But, someone who NEEDS to get rid of a problem will listen all day long. 💪🏾💪🏾
🔑🔑 If everybody focused on having 25 conversations per week with people that are having problems…
… everybody would be doing deals every week. That’s only 5 people per day, 5 days per week. 💵💵💵
This one jewel can change your life.💎
But you have to become a problem solver.
