Tom Brady might be planting roots in Los Angeles after hanging up his cleats for good.
The retired quarterback, who finalized his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen in October, was spotted scoping out a massive estate in Brentwood, Calif. on Monday.
In photos obtained by The Post, the 45-year-old Brady can be seen walking around a fenced-in property that was under construction with another unidentified male he was seen sharing a hug with.
His ex-wife, meanwhile, was on the East Coast, where she was photographed all smiles on the red carpet at the Met Gala — her first time attending without Brady.
The home sits on a vast lot, just houses away from other A-List stars, and includes a large in-ground pool.
It’s possible that Brady, who already has a home in Florida, might be looking for an additional property for his various business ventures on the West Coast.
After all, Hollywood is reportedly part of the long-term plan for Brady, who in 2020 launched his 199 Productions company (named after his selection number in the 2000 draft), a global multi-platform content company to develop original premium content including documentaries, feature films and television shows.
Brady’s performance lifestyle brand, TB12, which he co-founded in 2013 with his trainer Alex Guerrero, currently has physical locations in a number of cities, including West Hollywood.
Following his divorce, Brady rented a luxury apartment — worth a reported $70,000 a month — in the exclusive Surfside area, according to Page Six.
If the Brentwood property belongs to Brady, it could double as a lavish bachelor pad for the newly divorced future Hall of Famer, who split with Bündchen last fall after 13 years of marriage.
Brady has yet to discuss the divorce after he and Bündchen shared a joint statement in October that the filing was finalized.
The supermodel, on the other hand, was candid about the split in her April 2023 cover story with Vanity Fair.
In the interview, Bündchen implied that she and Brady gradually drifted apart before he came out of retirement in March 2022, and that the pair are on good terms.
The Brazilian beauty also called the assumptions that she gave Brady an ultimatum — retire or break up — “very hurtful” and “the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.”
Brady’s retirement announcement came the day after he attended the premiere of “80 For Brady” in Los Angeles on Jan. 31, which marked his first red carpet appearance since the divorce.
The NFL legend and Victoria’s Secret alum have two children together: daughter Vivian, 10, and 13-year-old son Benjamin.
Brady also has a 15-year-old son Jack with his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan.
The Brady sighting in Brentwood came after the seven-time Super Bowl winner shared photos from what appeared to be a retirement party with his friends and family in March, which included his former Patriots teammates Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola.
Brady will join Fox Sports as their lead NFL analyst in 2024, after signing a monster $375 million contract he secured in May 2022.
