Fannie Mae: Homes Sales Will Drop to a 13yr LOW in 2023

New housing market forecast just in! Fannie Mae’s housing market predictions: home sales of existing houses in the US will fall to a 13 year low (lowest levels since 2010). Their real estate market predictions are also calling for home prices to fall in 2023 and then fall further in 2024.
