A former “Real” housewife and her husband have splurged on a new Montecito estate.
Dina Manzo, a “Real Housewives of New Jersey” alumna known for being plagued by alleged mob ties and being friends with fellow Garden State housewife Teresa Giudice, has been revealed as the buyer of a California compound, Dirt first reported.
The 51-year-old reality star — who now goes by Dina Cantin, having taken the last name of her entrepreneur husband Dave Cantin since her time on the first two seasons of the Garden State franchise — also shares another California property in San Juan Capistrano, as well as a Florida condo with her hubby.
Village Properties’ Riskin Partners held the listing, and Compass’ Ebbin Group represented the Cantins, who paid just under $16 million for the sprawling home, according to Dirt.
Located in the celebrity-beloved Santa Barbara town, the Cantins’ new mansion measures in at just under 6,000 square feet.
It was built in 1994 but recently underwent an extensive renovation led by the architect Marc Appleton and has now been “brilliantly reimagined” into one of “Montecito’s most coveted” offerings.
Within its Tuscan villa-style exterior there’s an abundance of exposed beams, clean lines, steel doors in arched doorways, wood built-ins and peaked ceilings, according to a former listing.
The fireplace-equipped primary suite features two closets, a balcony, an en suite lounge, a bathroom and Pacific Ocean views.
The other three bedrooms are on the upper level, with the staff quarters below.
On the grounds, there is a pool, swing, firepit, courtyard and carefully curated landscaping.
In all, the abode has five bathrooms.
Before her time as a character within the “Real Housewives” universe, Dina made her reality TV debut on “My Fabulous Wedding,” a VH1 show in which she shared her plans to wed her second husband, Tommy Manzo, with viewers.
