Home Prices Officially Go NEGATIVE Will They Continue to Fall by End of Year? Housing Market Break

The 2023 housing market correction is about to pick up it’s pace, after slowing for the last few months due to the cyclical nature of home prices. The spring selling season has impacted certain markets more than others, but we now have the first S&P Case-Shiller home price index going year over year negative, we cover the details as well as the local home price movements from the requests you gave us last video.

We also explain what will happen with house prices the rest of 2023 and 2024, giving our forecasts and timeframes for these corrections. As well why the US economy as well as the housing market has many more problems to come as the level of liquidity in the financial system continues to shrink.
