Pilates pro Anne Mahlum in contract to buy $13.5M Miami home

Real Estate

Fitness entrepreneur Anne Mahlum and high-performance coach Brett Eaton are in contract to buy a Miami manse asking $13.5 million.

The deal comes just two months after Mahlum paid $8.35 million for a triplex penthouse investment property at 260 Bowery in Manhattan, as Gimme Shelter previously reported.

Mahlum is the founder and former CEO of Solidcore, a Washington, DC-based Pilates workout studio chain, whose clients include Michelle Obama.

This new-construction Florida residence — slated for completion in November — is in Miami’s Pinecrest neighborhood.

The eight-bedroom, 9,442-square-foot abode sits on a single-acre lot and comes with a “65-foot cascading knife-edge pool,” according to the listing.

The contract for this sprawling Florida residence comes just month after Mahlum bought an investment property in New York City.

Inside, there’s a chef’s kitchen, a gym, an office, a home theater, two laundry rooms, an elevator and an outdoor kitchen.

“This really is our dream home,” the ab entrepreneur told Gimme. “It’s going to be a health, wellness and activity oasis with a beautiful pool, professional beach volleyball court, home gym, sauna, cold plunge, a games table and a wine fridge full of kombucha. We can’t wait to physically exhaust all of our friends and family.”

Mahlum sold Solidcore earlier this year, and has also launched a new fitness and wellness concept, Ambition, in March in New York. She’s also the founder of Back on My Feet, a non-profit that uses running to help empower the homeless.

The Miami home’s listing broker was Florida Realty of Miami’s Cristina Ramirez. Mahlum and Eaton were repped by Chad Carroll of Compass.
