In Delray Beach, Florida, an eyeball industry tycoon is seeking an princely sum for his lavish compound.

Massimo Musa — the co-founder of My Eyelab, the Lasik Vision Institute and multiple other eye-care businesses — on Thursday put his nearly 32,000-square-foot beachfront estate on the market for a cool $60 million.

The price tag makes this listing the second priciest pad currently on offer in Delray Beach. Senada Adzem, of Douglas Elliman, has the listing.

Musa purchased the property for approximately $9.5 million in 2002 and proceeded to build out his villa, at last moving into it in 2008, Mansion Global previously reported. He first listed the abode, for the same price, in 2021.

The two-story home was taken off market shortly thereafter, according to Zillow.

Named “Mar Pietra,” the palatial oceanfront residence is set behind private gates — and comes loaded with lavish fittings. Features include onyx stone inlay walkways, a home theater, a hotel-inspired bar and lounge, a gym, a wood-paneled game room and — sweetest of all — an indoor 13-car garage with an adjacent lounge area.

As for the bones of the grand structure, there are nine bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and seven powder rooms. It all opens to a sumptuous grand foyer with hand-carved coffered ceilings. There’s even a library with a marble fireplace imported from Verona, Italy — and a wrought-iron spiral staircase leading to the upper level, fresco-ceiling-adorned office.

There is all-natural limestone, intricate stonework and plastering throughout — and an enclosed, statue-filled courtyard in the center of the home.

This being Florida, there are also grand outdoor features. There is a pool, a Jacuzzi, tropical landscaping and a guesthouse with a private entrance.

The space is inspired by various sights Musa has taken in during his travels.

“I got my ideas from the places I’d been to,” he previously told Mansion Global. “If there was a ceiling that I really loved that I’d seen somewhere in some part of my life that’s always stuck with me, and I had the opportunity to realize that in my home someday, then I took that opportunity.”
