Lucky fashionistas — including first lady Jill Biden, Anna Wintour and Usher — descended on a tony Hamptons horse farm last Thursday to watch Ralph Lauren’s Spring 2025 fashion show.
The glam event, which included dinner for 250 guests at a Polo Bar pop-up on the property, took place at a 19.2-acre horse farm known as Khalily Stables — and the estate is now on the market for $15.25 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
The seller paid $14 million for the equestrian compound in 2021. Back then, the spread was known as Campbell Stables — and it had first gone on the market for a staggering $40 million in 2017, according to reports.
Guests who attended the ritzy show, at 6 West Pond Drive in Bridgehampton, NY, also included President Joe Biden’s granddaughter, Finnegan Biden, as well as Laura Dern, Naomi Watts, Jude Law, Olympic gold medalist Bobby Finke and Justin Theroux. They arrived via seaplane, helicopter and a black SUV.
Iconic ’90s supermodels Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington Burns walked the runway, which was set up on the property’s grounds where vintage cars were parked and where equestrian riders in white Polo shirts galloped.
The stellar show was followed by dinner at the Polo Bar pop-up.
Khalily Stables comes with 27 horse stalls, 15 grass paddocks and two riding arenas with all-weather footing. There are two large grand-prix grass riding fields and one large covered indoor arena with a viewing area for the fifth riding arena.
The main barn has 18 stalls, while a smaller barn has nine stalls.
Plus, there are accommodations for on-site staff: a one-bedroom, one-bath manager/trainer apartment with a kitchen, and a two-bedroom residence with a shared bath, as well as an on-site office.
The listing broker is Corcoran’s Rolanda Blue Doolan.
“I’m proud to have helped bring together an iconic brand with a world-class equestrian stable for such an extraordinary event in the Hamptons,” said Doolan, who trained at the stables and repped both parties.
