‘RHOC’ star Kelly Dodd and Rick Leventhal sell the Westhampton beach house where they met — for $1.16M

Real Estate

Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Kelly Dodd and her husband, ex-Fox News reporter Rick Leventhal, have parted ways with their picturesque Westhampton, LI home — selling it for $1.16 million, The Post has learned.

The duo, now firmly planted in Southern California, decided that managing the East Coast property was no longer practical.

“They used to typically rent the house, but since living in Southern California, the home has become too far to manage, therefore why they sold,” an insider told The Post.

The house holds sentimental value for the couple — it’s where sparks first flew between them in 2019 during one of Leventhal’s summer barbecues, attended by Dodd and her “Real Housewives of New York” pal, Ramona Singer.

Before unloading the property, they used to rent the residence for $27,000 per month on Airbnb.

The dwelling, ideal for social gatherings, boasts an open floor plan that flows seamlessly from indoor spaces to the outdoors.

With beachy vibes, it boasts a resort-style backyard featuring a heated pool, an oversized deck and an outdoor bar.

A rooftop deck offers sweeping views of Moriches Bay, and the bay itself is only 600 feet away.

Inside, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom abode includes a primary ensuite with direct access to the backyard deck.

The home’s unique flair is underscored by a mint green- and pink-painted covered entryway, complete with picnic table seating.
