Paris Hilton has a ‘sliving’ new $8M Malibu pad with fiancé Carter Reum

Real Estate

This house is “sliving” — the trademarked term invented by Paris Hilton that means “living my best life” and “slaying.”

DJ and entrepreneur Paris Hilton and her fiancé Carter Reum dropped $8.4 million on the late Universal Pictures former chairman Tom Pollock’s Malibu home on June 14, Dirt first reported.

The Post could not independently verify the purchasing entity’s tie to Paris Hilton. Hilton’s representatives and manager did not respond to requests for comment; neither did agents for 21340 Pch LLC, which bought the house.

The home, built in 1955, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its stone tile floors and floor-to-ceiling windows span about 3,000-square-feet, according to the listing.

The open floor plan living room and a dining room with a fireplace, and a media room and laundry room complete the first floor, according to the listing.

Upstairs, the owner’s suite has wood floors, a fireplace, a spa-like stone tiled bath and two oceanfront balconies, which are equipped with a hot tub and lounge areas.

Stairs to the beach — That’s hot.

Best of all, the wraparound deck with barbecues and outdoor dining space has a staircase that descends down a staircase directly onto La Costa beach. As Hilton would say, “That’s hot.”

The lot spanning under a fifth of an acre has a two-car garage, an outdoor shower, a walled garden and sunrise-to-sunset ocean views.

A new era — Loves it.

Buying a new home is on-brand for Hilton’s new phase in life.

The 40-year-old heiress has played up the glamour of domesticity in her new cooking show as she prepares for her 10-outfit wedding with fiancé Carter Reum and talks plans for building a family “after the wedding.” The pair got engaged in February with a custom emerald-cut engagement ring.

“I feel like I’ve been living like a 21-year-old for my entire life, and now I’m ready to move on,” said Hilton on the first episode of “Cooking with Paris.”

Hilton has been busy — she also dropped a bombshell documentary this year exposing the “troubled teen” industry and stating she had intentionally created a “Barbie airhead” persona.
