Inside ‘Selling Sunset’ star Jason Oppenheim’s $8M luxe LA home

The fourth time’s a charm.

In October, “Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim re-listed his ultra-luxury Los Angeles home — just weeks before splitting from co-star Chrishell Stause

This is the fourth time the California real estate mogul and newly eligible bachelor listed the home for $7.995 million. He initially put the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property up for sale in 2017 — a year after purchasing the estate for $2,725,125.

The residence was also available to rent throughout the years.

“The house that I just listed in the Hollywood Hills for sale and lease has now been leased for $65,000 a month,” Oppenheim told The Post. “I often, over the last several years, list my properties for both lease and sale when a tenant moves out but in every instance I have quickly found a new tenant, which is always my preference.”

Spanning more than 5,000 square feet, the Hidden Hills, California, property is being described as “exquisitely designed and meticulously crafted,” with expansive views of the city skyline.

Features include 13-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors for optimal sunlight and a fire pit in the middle of the pool.

Interior amenities include two primary bedrooms with en-suite baths, suede-lined walk-in closets, a floating steel staircase and a fireplace. The open floor plan boasts an Italian kitchen with Miele appliances, a wine cellar, and a media room with a wet bar.

Exterior features include an expansive entertainer’s yard that comes with a massage room replete with a sauna and shower, luxurious day beds, a complete outdoor kitchenette, built-in BBQ and a TV viewing area, the listing notes.

While Oppenheim, 44, has been trying to offload the luxe property, he revealed to People that he found his perfect home, which he got a good bargain for in an off-market deal.

“It checks so many important boxes that I look for in a property,” he said in the interview. He added, “It’s well located in the Hollywood Hills; it’s private and gated; it offers great interior scale with 20-foot-high ceilings; there is an enormous flat, grassy yard with a nice pool; and it has tremendous views of the entire city.”

The 4,874-square-foot property was built by Avengers actor Jeremy Renner in 2008, with property records revealing the actor sold it in 2013. The home was last listed for $6.295 million over the summer before being taken down in September.

Oppenheim will be selling the home after extensive renovations, according to People.

The reality TV broker dated Stause, 40, for five months by the time he sold his estate. The two announced their split earlier this month, referencing their differences in starting a family as the reason for their breakup.

“Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward,” Stause wrote in a Dec. 21 post.

“Men have the luxury of time that women don’t and that’s just the way it goes. All of that being said, navigating this public terrain is difficult and I am just trying my best.”

Meanwhile, Oppenheim described her as “the most amazing girlfriend I’ve ever had, and it was the happiest and most fulfilling relationship of my life.”

The President and founder of The Oppenheim Group, he hold a massive real estate portfolio with homes in Newport Beach, three rental properties in the Hollywood Hills and more throughout Los Angeles.

Oppenheim has an estimated net worth of $50 million.
