Evercore ISI Head of Housing Research Stephen Kim says the US residential real estate market is “holding up extremely well” despite the recent rise in mortgage rates. The housing market is “bending for sure under the weight of those higher rates. However it is not breaking. You are not seeing prices down 25% across the country,” Kim says on “Bloomberg Markets.
