Buying a House is NEVER about timing the market, it’s about time in the market. It’s also about buying when it’s the right time in your life. Buying a home is different for each person and should never be about trying to pick the bottom or the top.

If you’re planning on buying a home in this market, you need to be buying a home that will fit your life for the next 5-10 years, you need time on your side. On top of that, you need to have money in the bank on top of your down payment and closing costs ( a rainy day fund ). Lastly, you need to be comfortable with the payment and not be stretching yourself.
