Gronk’s onetime Tampa party pad penthouse asks $5.4M for sale

Real Estate

A Florida penthouse Rob Gronkowski rented during his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has listed for $5.4 million, The Post has learned.

The former NFL party pad sets a record as the most expensive listing ever in the building, known as Towers of Channelside in Tampa.

Made up of four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the luxe residence boasts 180-degree views of the bay and Tampa skyline — spanning over to downtown St. Pete, according to the listing.

Built in 2011, this is the first time this unit has hit the market since its construction.

Features include a private foyer and an elevator entrance, as well as your own private cabana at the pool.

The unit boasts 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen and a 1,100-square-foot wraparound terrace.

Amenities include 24-hour concierge, a clubhouse and a resort-style pool with a heated spa and a rock waterfall.

“An opulent oasis, every feature was designed to enhance its stunning views and provide functionality for any lifestyle.” listing agent Nick Janovsky, with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, told The Post. “It also presents a rare opportunity to own a penthouse in Tampa’s original luxury high-rise.”

In the three years that Gronk lived in the luxe unit, the team won the Super Bowl and made it into the playoffs.

Meanwhile, he still owns a five-bedroom, six-bathroom Miami unit, which spans over 3,770 square feet. He purchased the 39th-floor residence in 2019 for $1.7 million.
