This wholesome home has a dirty little secret — and it’s become an online sensation for it.
In Celina, Texas, an otherwise average-appearing abode listed for $604,000 has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace in the living room — and a sex room.
Indeed, listing images show a tricked-out primary suite full of sex toys and equipment. Adjacent to the bed is what looks to be a sex swing, hung from above, as well as a dance pole. Attached to the wall are a pair of handcuffs and a whip. There’s also an X-shaped St. Andrew’s Cross and a stretch chaise lounge, both of which may also be familiar to viewers of Netflix’s “How To Build a Sex Room,” which documents one designer’s work outfitting these types of spaces.
The listing copy makes no mention of the intimate details revealed in the pictures, noting only that the dwelling is “eclectic and spacious,” with “exceptional amenities” including “a gorgeous and private master suite on 1st floor.”
Beyond its unusual bedroom, the home isn’t particularly notable. A modern kitchen with an island and granite countertops shares the ground floor with the fireplace-equipped living room — currently decorated for the holidays. The other four bedrooms lack any out-of-place accoutrements, and the rest of the living spaces seem typical for a large, upscale family home. It does, however, boast a private pool and a spacious back garden.
“I can smell this room!” commented one listing viewer, according to Jam Press. “Smells like candy apple lube, clean cotton air freshener to mask the smell, dirty hair and a hint of cigarette smoke.”
“I’m a little upset that the stripper pole isn’t centered on the window. Total deal breaker,” wrote another.
“New sex house just dropped in Celina, TX and you’ll have a BANGING good time here,” the account Zillow Gone Wild tweeted.
In its 18 days on Zillow, the home — which has been viewed 219,119 times — has actually had its price increased by $55,000, perhaps in response to all the eyeballs it’s getting thanks to its … umm … sex appeal.
