New Forecast! Fannie Mae released their housing market forecast and real estate market predictions through 2024. They are predicting a big slowdown in home sales and home prices in 2023 given the fact that mortgage rates have more or less doubled so far this year. Therefore, it’s no surprise their housing market forecast 2023 is calling for a further slowdown but their forecast for 2024 is interesting to say the least….
