MY FIRST HOUSE FLIP (PART 1) | House Flipping For Beginners

Well here we are guys, in this series I will document the journey of my first full house flip. This house will be flipped by my great friends Max and Patrick who own America One Luxury Real Estate. I am thankful they have allowed me to bring some of my own money as an investor on the deal so I can learn how they do it as well as show you all how! (and hopefully make some money)

This series will be the best to learn how to flip a house for beginners anywhere on Youtube. This is a house flipping before and after series if you will. My goal is to show you every aspect that I can along the way. Although fix and flip real estate investing is something that is new to me, this is not a new concept. It is tried and true and if done correctly I have seen many of my colleagues have great success.

I am excited to teach you how to get started flipping houses but from my own perspective. Not a know it all, not a guru, but someone who wants to learn as much as YOU, the viewer, does. So with that said enjoy and comment below any questions you have for me to bring to the videos about rehabbing houses.

PS – During the recording of these video we are in the middle of Covid -19 Pandemic. We are practicing social distancing during all filming and taking all precautions necessary to show you it is possible to do real estate investing during a recession.
