Lauren Sanchez’s ex-husband, top talent agent Patrick Whitesell, transferred their Washington estate to her in full following the completion of their divorce, The Post has learned.
The former couple had purchased this sprawling 7,000-square-foot Mercer Island home in 2017 for $6.2 million — one year before Sanchez, 53, had entered into an affair with Jeff Bezos.
(After several years together, according to Page Six, Bezos and Sanchez are now engaged.)
Specifically, the residence was transferred to Sanchez in May 2020 after their divorce finalized in October 2019, records show.
This is also the home from which Sanchez would travel to see the Amazon honcho, who was just minutes away at his Medina estate, sources told The Post.
Sanchez was in an 8-month-long affair with Bezos, 59, while both were still married to their respective partners, before being outed as a couple in April 2019.
“They would both sneak around the area — they had the convenience of location,” the source said.
Today, the six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property is worth at least $10 million.
The estate stands on the west-facing side of Mercer Island and features 60 feet of low bank waterftont.
Perched on half an acre, the previous listing noted how there are “rare permanently protected views and privacy,” surrounded by lush gardens.
Sanchez had been married to Whitesell, 58, for nearly 15 years. Bezos had been married to Mackenzie Scott, 53, for 25.
The pair are currently in the South of France for the Cannes Film Festival, where they’ve been hitting the star-studded party circuit while staying on Bezos’s $500 million yacht with a mermaid resembling Sanchez adorning the prow.
Rumors have been swirling for months that the pair are set to be wed, mostly due to speculation about a massive heart-shaped ring that Sanchez wears.
