Actors Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are once again trying to offload their gold-hued Beverly Hills compound.
The property, which the pair first listed for $19.6 million last summer before taking off the market, is now back on it for $17.99 million — a $1.6 million discount, People first reported.
Santiago Arana of The Agency and Barry Peele of Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.
The 11,300-square-foot property is certainly sizable, with seven bedrooms — all with ensuite bathrooms — as well as three powder rooms spread over three levels.
Set on a gated half acre, interior amenities include all the basic luxuries (in-unit laundry, an alarm system, a dishwasher, a water purifier) plus the typical roster of celebrity-level features: a three-car garage, a pool, a hot tub, a grill and an elevator.
There are also some truly next-level offerings, like a 3,000-bottle wine cellar with a tasting room, a 10-seat theater room, a sauna-equipped gym and a circular driveway.
And of course, the location mere minutes from West Hollywood makes it all the more impressive.
The interior of the “Italian-style” mansion, however luxe, is notably gilded, with almost everything but the dark wood floor of the kitchen giving off a certain glitz — from the plush chairs in the nook to the patterned curtains and glimmering countertops.
A family room and dining room are similarly ornate.
The facade and outdoor areas are more in keeping with the clean, minimalist design seen in most celebrity homes these days, and the tasting room is furnished in much moodier, black furniture and built-ins.
Vergara spent $10.6 million on the property in 2014 and has since remodeled it to add the “Italian” elements, according to Dirt.
