Former LA home of both Megan Fox and LeBron James asks $6.39M

Real Estate

A Los Angeles estate that has been home to Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, LeBron James, and Cardi B over the years — and has been a set location for “Lethal Weapon” and “NCIS: Los Angeles” — has hit the market for $6.39 million.

The seller is recording artist and real estate investor Betty Moon, who will be releasing a new album, “Private Apocalypse,” this fall, and her spouse, Terry Goldberg.

The couple paid $3.54 million for the gated Mediterranean-style property, which sits on half an acre, in 2014.

Built in 1960, the 7,805-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms and seven baths.

It boasts a circular driveway with a 30-foot canary palm tree and more than 50 mature king and queen palms, around 45 fruit-bearing trees and two large purple jacaranda trees.

The residence opens to a double-height foyer that leads to a formal living room with a fireplace and a bay window, a formal dining room with coffered ceilings, a family room with a built-in media center and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open to the outside.

There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen and a main bedroom with a sitting area, a fireplace, a spa-like bath and arched French doors that open to a wrap balcony.

Other details include a billiards/cards room, a home theater, a library/office and a gym. Outside, there’s a pool with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, a stone path and a gazebo.

Toronto-born Moon’s portfolio also includes California properties in Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Malibu and Cary Grant’s one-time home in Holmby Hills, at 10401 Wyton Drive, which she has rented out for $35,000 a month.

Isaac Tigrett, co-founder of the Hard Rock Cafe and House of Blues chains, is also currently renting one of her Malibu properties. That home looks out onto the Queen’s Necklace of the Pacific Ocean and the Malibu Colony, just above Malibu Village.

This Encino home is listed by Compass brokers Sally Forster Jones and Tomer Fridman.
