George Clooney’s Lake Como villa may have a buyer: ‘Very interested’

George Clooney’s stunning Lake Como villa in northern Italy may have netted a buyer.

“An agency in Milan is following the sale, I can’t reveal which one. Since we have a certain type of clientele, someone has already called us,” real estate agent Yasemin Baysal, owner of Engel & Volkers Lago di Como, told the Italian publication Oggi last week, according to a translation.

“In particular, one customer is very interested: We have started all the necessary checks before submitting a possible offer.”

Page Six exclusively reported earlier this month that Clooney, 62, is selling the estate for $107 million after 21 years of ownership.

Clooney himself is saying that’s untrue.

On Wednesday, real estate brokers Baysal and Engel & Volkers told the Italian publication Oggi, that despite years of false rumors "this time it's true."

“The first I heard of it was when Page 6 published the story. Everyone picked it up. It’s not true,” Clooney said in a statement Sunday to The Post via his rep.

The Post reached out to Baysal for comment.

Oggi reported “rumors” that Clooney’s wife, Amal, 45, prefers Provence.

The couple purchased the Domaine du Canadel estate near the commune of Brignoles in France in 2021.

Clooney bought the Lake Como property in 2002 from the Heinz family for about $10 million.

He later purchased an adjacent property, making it “one of the largest private homes in the area,” according to The Wall Street Journal, which reported last year that the villa’s value was estimated at more than $100 million.

“It must be said that over and above being a very good actor and investor, he’s also an extremely shrewd investor, given that he bought the villa for 10 million euros,” an unidentified insider told People last week of Clooney’s financial acumen.

The estate boasts 25 rooms as well as stunning views of Lake Como.

At nearly 100,000 square feet, the property features a vegetable garden, a swimming pool, a private gym, a cinema room, a basketball court, two docks and a pier.

According to the mayor of Laglio, real estate asking prices nearly doubled after the “Ocean’s Eleven” actor came to town.

The 18th-century estate played a very important role in the actor’s life — it’s where he met Amal in 2013.

The “Money Monster” star told the Hollywood Reporter in 2017 that Amal joined him for dinner at the villa on her way to Cannes, France.

“I thought she was beautiful, and I thought she was funny and obviously smart,” gushed Clooney.

“I got a call from my agent who said, ‘I met this woman who is coming to your house, who you’re going to marry,’” Clooney said in a 2018 interview on David Letterman’s “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction.”

George and Amal Clooney married in 2014 and welcomed twins Ella and Alexander in 2017.
