“Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix is finding herself trapped in the love nest she once shared with her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
The Post has learned that Madix, 38, is facing at least four more months under the same roof as Sandoval, 40, thanks to a legal tangle over the Los Angeles property they purchased together in 2019 for $2.07 million.
Earlier this month, Madix filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeking the sale of the house and an equitable division of the proceeds, records obtained by The Post show.
The reality TV star is pushing for a partition by sale, opting to avoid the impracticality of a “division in kind,” which would split the property and land between the former couple.
However, the wheels are turning slowly in this real estate drama.
The first hearing on the matter is not scheduled until June 3, leaving Madix in limbo until then.
Living with her ex in their five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom modern farmhouse-style abode in Valley Village has proven to be a challenge for Madix, prompting her to alternate between an Airbnb and their shared home.
During a candid moment on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” in December, Madix confessed, “I, for the most part, have been in an Airbnb with my dog and my cat and some of my things, but I regularly go back and forth. I’m working on the situation with the ownership of the house. I would love for that to be resolved quickly.”
Financial strains seem to be adding to Madix’s woes, with sources telling The Post she’s struggling to cover the expenses of maintaining two residences — which includes rent, a mortgage and utility bills.
The sprawling 4,400-square-foot estate, now valued at $2.83 million, has witnessed a substantial increase in worth since its purchase.
Features include a pool with a 6-foot waterfall, an infinity-edge spa and a 10-burner island barbecue.
The luxe abode also boasts a gourmet kitchen with three sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens, a built-in refrigerator/freezer and an 8-burner Viking range, the previous listing adds.
The master bathroom offers an oversize shower, a soaking tub, dual sinks and a makeup desk.
Madix’s split with Sandoval unraveled in public and came after she learned that he and former co-star Raquel Leviss had been having an affair for several months.
