Tech entrepreneur Jody Glidden, who is dating Lisa Hochstein of “The Real Housewives of Miami” fame, sold his Miami Beach mansion for $11.85 million on July 18, Gimme Shelter has learned.
Glidden is currently CEO of Postilize, an AI firm. The home, at 250 S Hibiscus Drive, first went on the market for $13.95 million last September.
Ironically, the mansion was once home to Hochstein’s fellow “RHOM” star Adriana de Moura, according to reports.
In 2019, Glidden paid $4.22 million for the villa, which was built in 1938. He then spent more than $3 million on the renovation, which was “down to the studs,” and transformed the home into a modern abode, brokers said.
The home comes with four bedrooms and four baths on the Intracoastal Waterway with views of Miami’s downtown skyline. There’s an open layout and a backyard with a pool, lush landscaping and 60 feet on the water.
The listing broker was Eli Faitelson of Compass, while the buyer was repped by Jeffrey Fields with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
Glidden and Hochstein have been dating since 2022, when Glidden called off his marriage to another woman, according to Page Six. Hochstein is still in the midst of an ugly divorce with plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, whom she wed in 2009; when she left, she accused him of infidelity.
The couple documented their recent summer trip to Hochstein’s hometown of Toronto on social media. In a seeming nod to the city and another star who hails from there, the couple also share a cat named Drake.
For now, Glidden and Hochstein are living in a luxury rental at One Ocean Condominium, also in South Beach. That five-bedroom condo was asking $32,000 a month, according to reports.
