A new-construction Palm Beach, Fla., compound has hit the market for $88 million.
The estate, at 1540 South Ocean Blvd., comes with a guest house so new it’s still being completed — and a private tunnel to the beach on what locals call Billionaires’ Row.
That said, it’s also near billionaire Ken Griffin’s compound — 20 acres on Blossom Way, a quarter mile south of Mar-a-Lago — touted to be the most expensive property in the US, and perhaps the world.
The Palm Beach Daily News first reported the listing.
This listed Palm Beach compound, in all, also comes with a main house and a beach cabana.
All together, there are eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, three powder rooms and around 16,500 square feet of space. The main residence was designed by Dailey Janssen Architects and built by Seagate Capital Construction, with interiors by Carly Joan Design.
The main house, with its Bermuda-style exterior, opens to a foyer that leads to a formal sitting room and a large stair hall. There’s also a formal dining room that opens to an oceanfront family room, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, and a game room with a wet bar and a fireplace.
The upper floor boasts a main bedroom suite with French doors that open to an oceanfront balcony. The residence also features a wine cellar and a gym.
For those days when you want friends, but not too close, there’s also that guest house, which has a great room that opens to a covered loggia.
There’s a pair of bedroom suites on the main floor and a gym on the lower level, while the upper floor features an additional guest suite with a sitting room, a walk-in closet, a bathroom and a terrace.
The compound also features a courtyard with a pool and a spa, an outdoor kitchen, two garages that hold six cars and a generator.
