The buildings in the 凤锦庭院 residential community in Tianjin have tilted and sunk. The road as well as the ground has bulged and cracked. 3,000 residents have fled their homes for fear that their buildings would soon collapse. Many have moved to hotels and are waiting for the local government to tell them what will happen to their homes.
