Call it “View” York City.

A penthouse duplex perched atop a newly completed tower on the Brooklyn waterfront — not only making it the tallest waterfront residence in the borough, but also one with an impressive corridor of sights from its massive windows — is poised to list on Tuesday for $7 million, The Post has learned.

This glamorous aerie is part of the Annabelle Selldorf-designed One Domino Square, located in Williamsburg.

“This penthouse is unlike anything else on the market with unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan skyline,” said Aaron Goed, Sales Director at Two Trees Management Co.

The crown jewel of the tower, penthouse 3A, spans half a floor and stands 435 feet above ground at the interior floor level. Outside on its terrace, it’s 452 feet above ground.

That said, and far more than the East River and Manhattan skyline, the marketing images show a wide expanse of vistas. From this perch, a prospective owner can look out to landmarks including the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges; the Empire State Building; traffic along Delancey Street in Manhattan and, on the horizon, New Jersey across the Hudson River.

The 42-story building is part of the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory campus, reimagined by longtime Brooklyn heavyweight Two Trees.

Over the past several years, the site has been transformed into a popular mixed-use development featuring parks, dining venues, retail spaces and workspaces.

Key elements of the site include Domino Park — a particular local favorite in warm-weather seasons — a commercial office building at 10 Grand Street and two residential buildings.

Inside the unit itself, more than 2,000 square feet of intricately designed living space are complemented by nearly 1,000 square feet of terrace space.

Made up of three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the corner residence features two living areas and floor-to-ceiling windows.

A sculpted spiral staircase serves as a centerpiece, connecting the main living space to the rooftop terrace. (The residence marks the first-ever penthouse project by Irish design brand Orior.)

Beyond its design, the penthouse offers access to more than 45,000 square feet of luxury amenities.
